Where do you ship?

We make free shipments from purchases above 100€ to Spain (Península). If the amount of the purchase is lower. The shipment cost is 4.5€. The shipping cost for Canarias, Balearic Islands costs 25€ or more. Please contact to our team for a specific rate. 

How long does it take the delivery?

National shipments (Península) are from 24 to 48 hours. For other locations may vary. 

If you select international shipping, send an email to info@cambili.es so we can exactly tell you how long your shipment will take. For example, Latin american shipments are made from 5 to 7 days.

if the shoes do not fit me, can i change them?

Yes, you can ask for a size change, fisrt change is free. If you need more than one size change, it will cost you 4,5 €.

How many time do i have to ask for changes or returns?

14 days since the purchase.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, you can return the shoes, if they were not used. They need to be in perfect condition, same as we delivered it.

How do i ask for a change or return?

Send an email to info@cambili.es with your number order and personal  info.

How do i know wich size to choose?

We suggest you to watch our size guide (it is in the product page). The fit may vary depend on the shoe model.

What materials do you use?

All of our shoes are 100% leather and with ornaments or accesories from the best quality.

Where do you produce the collections?

Our collections are made 100% in handcrafted small workshops near our office. Proudly #MadeInSpain

Do you have physical Store?

For the moment we just have our online shop. We sell thru multi- brand stores. 

What are payment methods?

You can pay by credit/debit cards, Bizum, Paypal, Transfer or Aplazame.

What is Aplazame?

Aplazame is a financial platform that gives you credit with your purchase. You can choose the amount of payments you need.
