Place your foot on a piece of paper on the flat floor and point your longest toe and back of the heel with a pencil. Measure the millimeters between the two signals by meter and look in the chart for your size measurement, equivalent to the millimeters indicated.
* A tip: put on the socks you usually wear and we recommend measuring your foot in the afternoon, when your feet are more swollen.
